I have no idea why but I cant download the game. When I click on the download tab, it doesn't seem to work. Despite what this says, I am not new here. I was here a while back.

What happens specifically when you click on the download tab? Does it take you to a page called adfly?

It just takes me to a page that it says it cannot reach. I'm not entirely sure why it wont work after the update. That url did the same thing.

What browser are you using? If you're using Chrome, try opening the pages in Incognito mode.
Or, try opening it with a different browser altogether.

Yes. I tried that link. And the tinyurl it seems to be working but I'm not 100% sure. I'm currently using Microsoft Edge, and trying to get my chrome to work.

Besides one thing. Can you guys connect to the server when you play?

Make sure you are logged into this while you play. Do not close out of it. Keep it up behind your game. You won't be able to connect to the server otherwise.

Glad you got it sorted out!
I also recommend using a tab refresher extension or website so the tab page doesn't time out. You may be okay as it doesn't happen to everyone.
I use Easy Auto Refresh for Chrome and you may be able to find some for your Edge browser or just a website like http://www.refreshthis.com/ (http://www.refreshthis.com/)

Ah. I feel like such a bother, but even when I reset my character it leads me to this black space. I really just feel like I'm bothering you all.

No worries! Hopefully we can get you on without issue soon.
In game, click on the feather button, then the home tab. Click reset home, then go home.
If that doesn't work, go to your user panel on the site ( http://www.feral-heart.com/user/index.php ) and reset your characters' homes and send them home from there!
As of right now, your characters are still 'stuck' in the old maps, which no longer exist. Therefore, all you see is the black void. Once you send them to the new lonely cave by sending them home, you should be good to go.

It still isn't working. I've tried both ways. When I press go home, after pressing reset home in game, it says "Go home ?" then it says "Cannot find Map file."

You might have to do a reinstall. If you have reset your home and it comes up with a "Cannot find Map file" error, I'm thinking a map file is missing from the folder which a reinstall could help fix.
