hey there!
feel free to move this topic if it's in the wrong spot, im sorry if it is.
i am a new member who has registered their account today. i had no access to a computer when i made the account so i did it on mobile. i don't know if that's part of the problem or not, but i'll state it anyways.
so when i managed to come home to my laptop, i went to play game and signed in. when i did that my username and password disappeared but i didnt really pay any mind to it because i didnt know what it was supposed to do (so maybe that's part of the problem? though i've heard they've been working on the site so..i highly doubt it. i wouldnt know though)
anyways, i went to log into the game and after a moment of trying to connect it said it couldn't connect to the front server. it can't be my internet because i believe it's working just fine. also, i had the play game tab open while i launched the game and logged in from there. can someone help me out?

Ah, well, be sure to type y'er username exactly as 'tis displayed in the forum. The Play Game tab is case sensitive, so be wary of that. What do ye mean by they disappeared exactly? When ye log in the tab, the page will remove the log in box with "Keep this page open..." and so on. If it did something else, it could be the reason and a faulty log in to the Play Game may 'ave caused the connection issue.

• Give it about 30 seconds after logging in to the play game tab to connect to the game, then try logging in again.
• Keep the login page open the entire time you play, do not minimize or close it. Open your game over it.
• Try keeping the login page open on a phone or tablet, or try using a different browser.
• Check to see if the login page on your browser logged you out. If it did, try using a page refresher, such as http://www.refreshthis.com/

sorry for not being very specific! when i logged in, the boxes blinked for a moment. i was not given a message that said to keep the tab open while i played the game. it just went back to the log-in screen. (but the boxes were full because i was using chrome to save my username and password, no one else uses my laptop so i assumed it would be fine.)

also tried logging in through my phone but still nothing.

You and another user appear to have the same problem. I recommend messaging a staff member. It seems to be an issue with your account.
Try checking your email and seeing if you got any kind of email about a password change. Some users have been sent this by Raz as there have been issues with accounts not becoming fully activated recently. If you didn't receive any email of that sorts, message a staff member.

I'd like to know if the issue was solved, cause the same thing is happening, I tried on my old account *pookie* and even made this one thinking it was the problem, I also messaged a mod.

It has not yet been solved, really. And have you gotten a reply from them yet? If not, remain patient ^^ They have a lot of people with these issues lately.

hello!! I am new to the whole feral heart game but my fantastic friend snowflake is helping me out but there is still one problem!!!!!I can't seem to play the game I filled out the corresponding boxes but what happens is that as I hit login the page bleeps and kinda just reloads and I can't play the game cause of it! pwweeez help XC :'( :'( :'( :'(
