Title: Failed to connect to front server

I looked at the update for the game and read a small tutorial on how to get FH started up,
and it's installed now, but it says I've "failed to connect to front server"

I read the "read before posting" but it didn't help so I thought I would post to get some help (if I wasn't supposed to and was just supposed to keep look at past posts, I apologize ;o;)

I noticed it says on the update post you're supposed to login as well as in game, but also in the "Play Game" tab of the forum, but every time I do so, it just refreshes the page. Nothing happens to let me know I'm already logged in.
When I try to go log into FH, it still gives me the error. :\

Try checking your email and seeing if you got any kind of email about a password change. Some users have been sent this by Raz as there have been issues with accounts not becoming fully activated recently. If you didn't receive any email of that sorts, message a staff member about the problem you've been having.

This has been happening to a lot of people so it is most likely that same problem. If you would like to try clearing your browser cache and cookies or switching browsers to see if it'll work, I would try that as well.

Agreeing with Morgra, you should try switching browsers, and such. If it helps, switching browsers work for me. Some just don't agree with FeralHeart sometimes!

And yes, there have been multiple reports of this same thing recently due to updates. We all hope it will be fixed soon!

I've only received an activation email, other than that nothing..
I'll try contacting them soon :/

So far I've tried 2 different browsers but to no avail. It does the same thing where after I type in my name and pass, it just 'refreshes'. Nothing shows that I've logged in, nothing. ;o; I hope so
I was super hyped to play FH again, but it looks like it'll be a bit before I do ;w;

I actually have the very same problem and i tried different browsers and so on, but nothing helps :( Could you please report me when you find something?

make sure you're typing both your username and password correctly

Make sure caps lock is off. Your username and password are Case-&_Symbol~Sensitive. Your username also can't be longer than 15 characters.

Also make sure you are typing in the correct information. If it is typed wrong it will simply 'refresh' but that is its way of saying "Your username or password was wrong, please try again." and has nothing to do with your internet, browser or computer.
