Title: Can't Login, verified account

See, i recently made a new account on the first of January, and I made sure to verify the account... Now, today when I tried to log back in to download the game, it won't let me through or anything. So, i tried to reset my password, but it kept saying "There's a problem, go back and try again". I've done this numerous times and yet still no luck. I can't even log into the "play game". Please help!
(by the way, i'm posting on my friend's account since i cannot access with my new account)

try using different browsers, emptying your cookies and/or cache, and make sure that you're spelling your username (and your email address for the reset password) correctly

Another user had the same problem, though they said that after trying to click the "Reset Password" link a few times, it eventually worked and said it had been sent to their email.
