Title: Haven't played in a year because the game crashes before I can even log in

I really need help. It seems that nobody else who's game is crashing is doing what mine is. I open feralheart, the page that pops up when you first install the game opens, I select 'Ok' and the second the game opens to the first black screen it crashes with the 'Feralheart.exe has stopped working'. I have uninstalled and reinstalled this game at least three times using the torrent, websetup and even the Mediafire download that I found on another topic and it always crashes at the same spot. I have tried to do what other's have suggested to other people when their games crashed for a different reason or once they are actually playing the game. Like I said, I can't even log in. Yes, I've restarted my computer, it's updated. I own a Windows 10 laptop. I love this game but it is infuriating that I haven't played in ages because of a problem that should be simply fixed.

Make sure it's installing in the right place, and the files are all completed. Make sure Directx is installed, and the log-in page is open when you open FH. You also may want to try switching from Open LG to the other. c:

That's the most I can offer, other than your computer might just hate FH rn. ;;

Did you download any maps, items, mods, or markings before opening FH for the first time?

Make sure that your antivirus/security program as well as your firewall is not blocking FH from installing properly.
