I can't start new topic in  Finished Maps!

It should work fine, it allowed me to get there. Make sure that you are logged in while creating the topic. Sometimes the forum will timeout and log you out if you've been on one page for too long. You can type your topic up in a word processor and paste it over if this is the problem.

I've had this problem on a few other forums. The only solution I could find was using a different browser. If that doesn't work you could try using your phone, or any other electronic device that is able to connect to the internet you might have.

It didn't helped.

I am only getting this statement all the time:

"Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /smf/index.php on this server."

I am sure that I am logged in.

This issue might be caused by site maintenance. If it continues, try logging out then back in or refreshing your page. If another browser isn't working and nothing else is helping, it may be Raz working on things.
