Title: Railroad Mesh Needed!

I'm making a map for someone, and they requested a "metro".... Me, being a simpleton in Midwest America, metro could mean anything, but I'm assuming they mean a railroad track. I feel like I've seen this mesh someplace, but I don't know where.
Anyone know of a railroad track? If not I can improvise with meshes I have in Object Maker.

Ive never seen a railroad mesh. But if there are none maybe you can use a Ladder mesh as a replacement?
