Hello everyone,

I've just started to play feral heart again (haven't played it for a year and yes i do know that you have to have this tab thingy open whilest playing) and my problem is that, I can't logg into some of my characters or visit some maps. I can only logg into characters that are in the lonely cave. The others that aren't, get stuck in the loading screen and it says "can't connect to map server". The other thing is that, if i finally find a character that's in the lonely cave and want to go to the fichigo tunnel or any other place from there, it's the same problem and I get stuck in the loading screen + can't play with that character anymore. So technically I can only play in the lonely cave, but I can chat with others from there. (whisper)

I've tried reset all my characters home trough the FH online page and it didn't work. Then I resettet my whole account, so I had to make new characters, but it still doesn't get better.
And I just can't find any solution to this problem. So this Forum is my last chance.

I hope somebody has an idea how I can fix this. Sorry if I posted this some kinda wrong or something this is my first post on this Forum and i'm still figuring out how everything works here. hehe...^^

Are you sure that you downloaded the 1.15 updated version of FeralHeart? It sounds like you may have 1.13 still. The downloadable update will be on the Downloads page

Ok, I never updated Feral Heart on my pc since that year pause that I stopped playing. Then I'll download and look if I still have the problem.

You could always try a fresh re-install, incase something didn't install correctly. But do be sure to have the updated version, it was updated June of last year. Hope it fixes for ye so you can play! <3

Also, make sure that with the new version you log in with the login page here: http://feral-heart.com/login/index.php (http://feral-heart.com/login/index.php)

You need to give it a little bit after you sign into that page before you open up the game client and login there too.

Umm i'm kinda confused rn, as my english is not the best and I sometimes not understand everything in a manual and I found more than just a few downloading links and infos in this Forum about what i should download and i'm kinda to stupid to figure out how to update correctly or which one of the links is the correct one? So it would be nice if somebody put a link here for the update i need? Sorry that i'm so stupid xD And also, is it safe to download the update? Since feralheart was hacked?

You're not stupid ^^ Don't be so hard on yourself, especially if you don't speak English as your first language.

Download this file and go through the installer. And yes it is very safe to install :)

Okay, I'm installing it rn :) Looks like it takes some time, but i'm sure it will work after the update. I Just didn't know Feralheart still gets updates :o

Curious to know if simply swapping the new map files into old FH1.13 would fix this rather than a whole re-install?

This cannot be done. There were a lot of changes made in the update other than the maps. It's just best to reinstall the game as a whole.

Sorry for my late reply, but I had to wait until tomorrow to install the update, because I don't have the admin password from my computer (only my dad has it).
But it worked, I can go to other maps now and I'm not stuck in the loading screen anymore. :)
