I don't think you have to worry about anything like this?
Only patches, and installable mods that you would ever want to download would take up space.
At least to what I understand, playing the game itself shouldn't take up any data/space. You should be able to play FeralHeart for hours and not have to worry about MB/GB usage during gameplay.
However, I'm sure a tech-wizard (like Raz) should be able to answer this on a more accurate level.

No it's not a space issue... I'm talking about 'Internet Time'
My Internet is limited and not uncapped which means I may only get around 100GB Usage for the month right?
I'd like to know how much internet time / Mb per second online the game takes when playing it :)
Hope that's a little more clear.
Alright well, I asked someone about this and they said that the last known bandwidth that they checked was 20 kb (kilobits) per second? Though it could be a little more, as the last time they had checked that was when they were in the old Bonfire, but even so, it could have risen a bit due to having the login page. But it's pretty much nothing. You can continue playing without having to worry about using up to your limit per month.
Other than that, people are welcome to correct this, if my statement is slightly incorrect.
Apart from this, I can't really help you any further because of my lack of knowledge in this myself? But the research and asking around was done anyhow.
Sorry for not understanding what you had said first time round.
