Title: Possible Hacking??

When I was just playing FH with my character Kopa, in the chat just someone with same name as me started to write things about "-Removed by Moderator-, farting, etc.." (sorry I just had to write it.. ) and I really didn't do it!
When I wanted to double-click on it (to see info of that player) it didn't do anything! Like I was clicking on my own name!!
I am really afraid! Someone just HACKED it!!


This is real. Not joking.  :'(

Sometime's the game puts people in other people's characters this is my first thought.
My second thought is they may just have had the same character name as ye.

If you took any screenshots I'd PM it to a staffer.<3

It's okay.. But I was afraid of what if someone just ban me because of it..

I don't believe this is a hacking incident. There is a possible glitch in which users can use to space out the chat box in order to make it look like you are chatting something when you really are not. They use a special key command and type your name in these brackets (<namehere>) in order to make it look like your chat.

Please refrain from using swears here on the forum, but if this user happened to be saying rude things or things that are against the rules and you wish to file a report, you can take a screenshot that includes their username in the chat and send it to me via PM.

No need to worry though, the "hack" in which you are refering to is simply a glitch. Hope this clears things up.

That is the problem. When I tried to get to their info, it didn't work..

Unfortunately without the username, we are unable to take action as we cannot confirm that the character's name in chat actually belongs to said user. If you are still in game and are able to F3 and find their character and username, that will do. Did you make sure you double clicked on their name in chat to bring up the information box?

Yes I did. It didn't do anything.. And when I F3 there wasn't anyone with that name.

Is it possible that you have usernames showing in the arrival chat in which you could take a screenshot of? As I said, I really cannot do much without a username. Sorry for any inconveniences.
