Title: Wont Log In

Ok, so i have tried to login on the site to actually play the game but it wont let me... Any ideas?

Try to describe your situation more as it could be multiple things.
If you haven't tried, you'll need to keep the PlayGame tab open at all times while playing.

Yes, i know to keep that open. When i try to login there it just doesnt let me... where you type the username and pass that just goes blank :)

You have downloaded the game, correct? I may be misunderstanding what you said, but do you mean the area for you to type in your username and password goes blank, as if you hadn't typed anything in, or that the screen goes blank with a few words in the corner?

If you have the black screen with the words, everything is working fine. You just need to download the actual game, as you can't access it from the login page directly.

If I did misunderstand, please correct me!

Try switching browsers to login to the login tab page with. Also, you could try logging in with a mobile phone on the login tab page.

Could be a bug that's happened to me in the past, comes right in a few hours for me..

Or could be browser cookie rejection.  But seeing you can post here i'm guessing it's handling first party cookies ok.

Very true! Thanks for bringing this up Kuri. I'd suggest either clearing your browser cookies/cache or giving it some time and checking back later.

Also be sure to confirm you don't have any proxies running in your browser.

I will also second what Kuri and Morgra added to it.
The whole loading then having a black screen did happen to me but it only lasted a few hours. I did try browser switching and using my phone but it didn't work for me. I might also add, for future "Help" posts, try elaborating on the problem so we can work better to fix it!

Wait it out! See if it works later and let us know.<3

i suspect a more scientific explanation in overloaded networks sometimes route your internet through places like india (for me this is real) and the networks they connect do don't always "play nicely" (i'm not computer tech'y enough to know what the correct term is) and this can result in log in not working correctly for reasons i can't give detail on (because i don't know).

Is it fixed yet?
