Hello my friend has attempted to use her normal email to make an account when the registration was open and it didn't really like her actual email can any one give me advice on how to help her out in this problem?

What do you mean by it didn't like it? Did it just show the email was invalid?
My suggestion would be to just make a different email maybe? See if that helps?

I'd probably ave' a staffer move this in Forum Help.~!
Also, did her email have any weird characters in it? If not, I would use a new one or contact a staffer <3

try making an another e-mail without any invalid characters in it, you can search on google to how to make a new e-mail or like acca said, contant to an admin if it doesn't works!

Well not really it just stated that the email was invalid and she made other emails and it didnt work

I know when I personally tried to register the first time it was just as registration was closing and it was telling me my email wasn't valid. Even when I refreshed the page it'd still show registration as 'Open' but I soon found out it was a glitch, well I assume it was at least.

Its a Glitch, It happened to me before.
I suggest you at least try now and see if it works, Cause the problem could be that when you finished registering, that probably the registration closed.
and can i ask you a question???
what type of email was it?? Shaw, Gmail, Hotmail??
cause if it was any other email
I suggest you try using Gmail, Cause for me, Gmail seems to be working the best with a lot of games i play
and my mom had a similar problem, she tried to send me something and it didn't send to me.
She mentioned that her email expired??
Could it be that your friends email expired??
If so, try making a new email, cause something could be wrong with your friends email, that could be a reason why it doesn't like it, cause sometimes only one email works the best..
for example, as i said at the very top, Gmail seems to be working the best on this game for me
So probably try making a new email and see if it works
Or try using Gmail

It was gmail, so it was the weirdest thing and no it wasnt expired
