Title: How do you get maps into feral heart

Hi, I have created a terrain map in gimp that I would like to have as my terrain in one of my feral heart maps. But I have no clue how to actually get it into the game once I have finished it. Can someone give me a detailed, step-by-step tutorial on how to get a map from gimp into feral heart? Thanks.

Oh, I have been watching these tutorials but not this one specifically. I finally figured out how to do it, thanks for your help!
