Title: Friend is unable to log in on the website.

Hello,
I am writing for a friend who is having troubles login in with his account. It is one of my channel team members so he is using the email from our channel. Whenever he is trying to log in here: http://feral-heart.com/login/index.php it doesn't work, it just resets the page. He looked into his email and saw the "Account Details" mail from Feral Heart. It's about a year old. His account details are all in there but when he tries to log in they do not work. He tried to reset the password, but when he enters the username it says it needs an email. When he tries writing the email it says there is an error.
Could someone please help? :) The username is: DiamondMoon

Accounts get automatically deleted after 18 months of total/pure inactivity (21/2 Years). If their login page is refreshing when they attempt to login, the account either doesn't exist or their login details are incorrect.

There doesn't exist an account with the name "DiamondMoon" (Search for Members (https://feral-heart.com/smf/index.php?action=mlist;sa=search)). Your friends account has been indeed deleted due to inactivity and he will have to make a new account.

Floofs above have correctly stated the possibilities of what must've happened to your friend's account. There's no need to worry too much though; the Registration opens once every 12 hours for an hour (I believe), so if your friend or you or your other friends can help him out with creating a new account, you friend'll be back in-game in no time.
