Well, first and foremost, make sure you have the game downloaded. You can do that here - https://feral-heart.com/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=23&Itemid=40

Then click the "play game" button on the top right side of the forum's header. You'll come to another log in page. Log in there, minimize the tab and open the game and you should be good to go. The tab is just there to keep you connected to the game, so if you happen to randomly get disconnected while playing it's likely because after a while you were logged out of that page.
