Title: Crashing when I try to make a new character

Whenever I try to make a new Character FH crashes.
This has happened before once, after ahwhile I fixed it, but now I can't.
Before I ended up deleting a old preset file and restarting.
I believe this is a problem with preset sync? I just need help!

You should probably consider uninstalling preset sync, and see if that changes anything. It may be too much for your FH to handle.

I really wouldn't like to do that, considering the fact that I spent a bunch of money getting presets for it.
Hope it doesn't resort to that.

Spent money? As in you commissioned presets for yourself? Well, this shouldn't effect things at all. You are still able to upload presets through the User Panel, you don't need the preset sync as well unless you want to see other people's presets.

Oh yeah, Totally forgot about that! Yet, I still enjoy seeing other peoples preset this way! I'm just super lazy. I'll consider this for the future if I can't figure out the problem again.

You can keep the presets that the Preset Sync has downloaded for you and have the Preset Sync uninstalled. But, this will mean that the presets uploaded to the sync will not show up for you unless you periodically install the preset sync to stay updated with the latest presets that are uploaded.

However, before we try any of that, I think it would be wise to do a full reinstall of the game. Backup all of your custom content to a different location and then completely erase your FeralHeart folder. Then, install a brand new copy of the game, first without the Preset Sync and see if the problem is fixed. If it is, install the Preset Sync and see if that is the issue.

I redownloaded it and it didn't fix the problem. I don't know what to do anymore.

Did you redownload and reinstall the game only? Without the sync?
