Title: Friend Unable to Login

I don't mean unable to login on the game itself, I mean my friend isn't able to login on the site or login on the "play game" tab. It used to work just fine for him, but now suddenly it won't work for him anymore. I have tried to let him use my account to see if that would change anything, yet it still won't work. All it does when he clicks login is refresh the page, and then it's still the same except the boxes where you type your information is blank again. It doesn't say that he typed in anything wrong (It shouldn't anyway, since we're 100% sure that the info is right.)

We just don't know what is wrong, and would like some help.

Hello!
I'd personally try to switch browsers to Chrome to Firefox, first off. I believe that did the trick for me when Chrome all of a sudden stopped working for the log-in page for me!

Let me know how that goes if you try it <3

What is the username of your friend? Sometimes certain characters or symbols in the username can interfere with logging in. If there is a space in the username that might also cause an issue. I know it worked before, so is it that a username change has been made since then by chance?

His username did change. I think to +NorthernEquinox+ . He wasn't the one that changed it though... That account was given to him by one of my friends.

I'll tell him to try the cookies and cache thing, and see if that helps.

I am pretty sure that it is the + symbols in the username causing this. I would have him change the username to one without the +'s. Also, one without spaces.

I gave him my second account, and it seems to work now! Thanks for the help. ^^
