This issue has been going on for about over a year? Ever since I downloaded Feralheart on my new laptop, I've always tried logging into my account. It's always said, "Failed to connect to front server." I never knew what the issue was, until recently. First, I redownloaded it and discovered there was an update, and I thought that was the problem. Nope, still won't connect. Then, I tried to see if it was my firewall after reading the replies over other people over this topic on other posts. I found out the problem, finally! It's my DNS connection, well, that's what my firewall said. I didn't want to ask this unless none of the other solutions worked, but here I am. I found other people with the same problem and did what they did to fix it, such as Google DNS (I think that's what it's called.) I did everything it asked me to do, and my DNS connection works. Not with Feralheart, though. I tried opening the "play game" tab and run the game. That didn't work either. I then tried doing a different login, it still was the same. I don't get what the problem is, maybe it's because I didn't download it with the torrent? (I used the other option because the torrent wouldn't work.) So, is there anyway I can fix this? TYSM :)

UPDATE: Okay, so I tried logging in again and it worked. I chose my character and entered the game, but it kept crashing at the loading screen. I tried once again and it went back to saying "Failed to connect to front server"...

Do not minimize your browser; keep it open directly behind FH
Wait about 30-60 seconds after logging in to the tab before attempting to login to the game itself
Make sure cookies are enabled
Try restarting your router
Try using a mobile device to login if you have one

Try resetting your characters' homes through the User Panel here (https://feral-heart.com/index.php?option=com_wrapper&view=wrapper&Itemid=55). You will need to login to the User Panel with your ingame username and password and then go to your characters and select 'Reset Home' then 'Go home'

You're welcome! All it does is reset your characters to Lonely Cave which is a map that normally doesn't experience crashing. If your characters are in the Grounds, that is likely the reason for the crashing. It's common for people to crash sometimes when they try to enter the Grounds or are already in the Grounds due to the number of users in the map.
