Title: Characters not rendering fully [Fixed!]

After scanning a few pages for a similar problem, I decided to just outright ask. So, I apologize if there is a thread like this already out there and I overlooked it.
I'm having a problem with characters not fully rendering. My character (as well as maybe one or two other people's) I can see in perfect detail. As for the rest though... They look like they're all covered in a white sheet.

Is it my computer? I'm using a nearly brand new HP Envy with all the bells and whistles. Or is it something else?
I really just want to see all the cool designs out there, so this blank-slate look is disheartening...

Any help is appreciated!! <3

Getting a markings pack will help with that:

the Legendary Markings link (the zip one) is the one you want, it's near the bottom.
