Title: Ficho Tunnels is crashing

Genderless Cub headed out to get some KFC, but the game crashed when they entered Ficho.
Did I do something wrong?

My good computer still crashes when first trying to enter Cherika Valley but lets me in if I try 2 or 3 times, it could be a low performance vs high detail combined with lots of people thing. Have you tried a couple times?

No no no, not that kind. FH only crashes on my computer if there's a bad file.

Hmm...
Do you remember doing anything before this started? Worked on a preset? downloaded one? Map maybe? Got a mod? Changed a file?

Try turning off your Water Reflection from the Video Settings.

Try resetting home and then going home for your characters in the User Panel, then trying to enter the map again. Sometimes a reinstallation helps as that's what I had to do when Chevika Valley kept crashing for me.

Both maps worked when I changed my rendering subsystem.

Have you tried changing your rendering system again to see if Ficho will work?

That's what I did ten seconds ago, and it worked.

Happy to hear that the rendering subsystem change did the trick. I'll go ahead and lock this but if the map starts crashing again, be sure to let us know and we can unlock this thread if you'd like to try for further solutions.
