Title: Need Help
Post by: note18 on July 27, 2017, 08:57:32 pm: So I recently got on my FH again and downloaded it but every time i load up the game the setup screen background is black and any character I log in as is in a black map with nothing in it. I can't seem to get out of this is there any kind of fix to this?

Do you have the latest version of FeralHeart installed? Patch 1.15? You will need to download and install that one if you have not. Check out the Download tab at the top.

yes I haven't had the game in awhile and downloaded the newest version from the downloads tab

Post by: Morgra on July 27, 2017, 09:09:39 pm: Perhaps test out making a new character and seeing if you're in a black void? The "Reset Home" "Go Home" should be working for you so maybe try multiple times with your old characters as well.

I tried it with all it didnt work at all I don't know what's wrong. Making a new character didn't work either.

Post by: VortexAlive on July 27, 2017, 09:34:37 pm: Make a backup by renaming your current FeralHeart folder to something like "FeralHeartBackup" (So you don't lose any creations you might have, the purpose of renaming is to also make sure no old files remain in the new install.). Then install the game again using the "Web Setup" on this page: https://feral-heart.com/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=23&Itemid=40

Reset and Send all of your characters' homes.

This worked I'm not sure why resetting them and sending them home before didn't work but thanks :3
