Title: Everytime I try to 'forgotten password' something goes wrong?

So I forgot my password, yea you're probably like but im in my account now so how? My username and password has been saved so I can automatically log in the website, I forgot what my password is though, I managed to change my email to my current so it can send the forgotten password whatever to it, but every time I put in my email and complete the 'not a robot' stage, it says something has went wrong. WHY? I miss Feral Heart and i really wanna play but it wont let me reset my passworddd helpppp.

Do you perhaps have your old conformation email where it tells you your password?

Nooo lol, i dont even know the email i used on this account so i doubt i have the email. Thats why i changed it to my up to date email. And it sent me the email saying i've updated it, clicked it, went to forgot password and thats when it said something went wrong.

Im gonna try to change it to another one of my emails and see if that works

LMAO WOW, everyone, sorry for wasting your time. I just realized it said enter USERNAME not EMAIL. I'm such an idiot, im used to passwords being reset by you entering your email, but this time it said username and i overlooked it. so sorry forgive me lol.

Yea it works now, but I guess the server is down because it just disconnected me.

The server isn't down c: Make sure you don't minimize your browser, make sure cookies are enables and proxies are disabled
