Title: Registration?

I haven't been back in such a long time, I have no idea how to do things anymore. Could prehaps someone remind me how the registration works? I love feral hearts and I wanna message my friend over skype to make an account and join me, but they can't seem to register. Any help?

Edit: I'm also a little worried, I've been hearing some things about this site being kinda dead in a way. I find this game really fun, so I'd hate for it to just kinda die off.
