Title: 15 min ban

why i did not try five times just 1 time and i get a 5 failed times plus 15 min ban

Make sure you're not using the numpad (the little numbers on the side of your keyboard) to log in and keep caps lock off. If you haven’t logged into the game for a while, check to make sure that you’re not trying to log in with your old forum nickname (this option was removed).
