What is the account username? It's possible that the account was automatically removed by the server after a long time of inactivity

The name of the user is BitBenny, although I did change it a while back, like, right now it's BitBenny.

Your account appears to still be active, so that isn't the problem. If you seem to be getting Bad Reset Codes, I would wait a while and give it some time to work. Sometimes the password reset actually works but it still shows a Bad Reset code. If the password change doesn't work this time around, try again after about 48 hours.
