I know... this has happened before- and I'm truly sorry. Feral Heart has yet again started saying 'FeralHeart.exe has stopped' working before the program even starts :/ This time, I've tried everything I tried before. I've reinstalled, but the first thing I tried was looking for numbered particle files which of course... there were none. I still have know idea how or why this is happening, but it just won't open. It keeps sending the same message no matter how many times I open the game. I would try changing the rendering system options, but unlike last time, it crashes before the rendering system even opens. I know I've already had this problem, but as I've said, I have tried everything that I did before to try to get it back. So please let me know if there's something I'm missing- anything at all. Many thanks.

Have you tried -
> Web Setup version?
> Uninstalling and Reinstalling?
> Running the game as Administrator?
And I know you can change the rendering system by opening "Ogre.cfg" in Notepad and changing Redering Systems from there if you haven't already tried that.
-
fresh install from each of the different download types[only if the previous one doesn't work]
dont have other applications running
run as administrator
try your damndest to get that rendering system open
restart computer after install? maybe? and after each uninstall?
make sure other things are up to date?
wipe your computer as a LAST LAST LAST resort(and if you're hellbent on playing)

Have you downloaded any modifications recently?
-
Check the weather and sky folders for duplicate weather systems. That is often overlooked.
-
I have tried reinstalling the game, but it hasn't worked. It didn't work last time this occurred either. And no, I haven't recently downloaded any modifications. The solution last time was that I had numbered particle files in the FH folder. As soon as I moved them out of the folder, the game started working fine, but as I said before, I have none of those files. This is what's confusing me. Anyways, thank you all for your suggestions, I will look into this as soon as I can.

The web setup version didn't work. Neither did 'Run as Administrator' which also sent me the same message. I checked the weather and sky folders and found some very similar to each other- but not exactly the same. Do I have to remove these? I have considered downloading the game on a new computer, but would like to see if there's anything else I can do first. I will try reinstalling again. Maybe it'll work this time. Is there anything more I can try?

Have you tried downloading the game from here? (http://www.mediafire.com/file/7b69j3pe2u6d9x0/FHsetup1.15.exe)

I'm sorry. This link brought me nothing but ads and even a virus... I've tried opening it multiple times but it has nothing to do with the game.
-
If it's opening into the ad.fly site, there should be a thing in the top right corner that makes you wait a few seconds,
and then a yellow button appears and you click that and it goes straight to mediafire. Don't click on any of the ads at all, just wait.

I downloaded the file, then it asked me what I wanted to do with it, as usual. When I pressed save, it started downloading but keeps freezing on 99% which I've tried several times. I've waited very long periods of time after it's hits 99, but still, nothing. What should I try next?

Try downloading the MediaFire installation from a different web browser. It seems that is something to do with the browser.

That seemed to work. It downloaded just as before and the game is running fine. Thank you all so much! This has really helped... ^^ Any suggestions for if this happens in the future- or any way I can avoid it? Thanks again, I'm so grateful for your amazing help.

My suggestion in the future would be to simply be careful about any mods you may download (where you place them, etc), and if the crashing happens again, you know what to do! c:
Locking this since the issue no longer stands~
