So, I recently decided to re-download FH. Of course, when I first loaded up the game my characters were marshmallows because I didn't have the markings and such yet. So I download both the legendary items and markings packs and install them. Now, I thought I installed them incorrectly because when I loaded up the game again, there was still no markings. So I uninstall FH and do this whole process a few more times to no avail. So I think it may be the way I am transferring the files or something. Long story short, I end up deleting some of the essential texture files for the game and messing it up. I, again, uninstall and reinstall FH. Except for this time, the issues from the previous installment are still there. Some of the issues are that the boxes have no background to them, and whenever I try to change a feature on my character (i.e. from tail to no tail) the classic black and yellow checker texture pops up on the character. Now, I could understand why this would happen if I accidentally deleted some files before, but this is a new installation and I have no idea why it would still have this problem? If somebody could please help me or walk me through on how to fix this issue that would be much appreciated. Thank you.

Have you comepletey removed FeralHeart from your computer and then reinstalled? If not, it may still cause your game to have these issues.

As for downloading items and markings, you most likely don't have the markings as the items folder replaced the whole media folder when you added the items in. I suggest manually going into the FeralHeart>Media>Items and copy and pasting the files, and doing the same with the markings, then it's sure to not replace anything.

(I think) I have completely removed FeralHeart in terms of going to Control Panel > Programs and Features > FeralHeart > Uninstall. When I do this it removes everything that is associated with the program that I am uninstalling. Is there any other way that I can uninstall anything having to do with FeralHeart before adding the items and markings?

You could try going into your folders and searching "FeralHeart" and see if anything comes up?

If you go to Local Disk you can check if the actual folder "Feralheart" is gone and delete that.
