Title: Mysterious error.
Post by: SenseiRei on February 07, 2018, 05:30:13 am
I had to download Feralheart at least 27 times until i realized there was a difference in things.
I have my beautiful preset of Rei, suddenly making ERROR in game when it didn't before. The code is all the same and this was the one that i put on a backup disk just after it was completed and checked.
One half of the face in the black areas is giving off a metallic tone to it, I am unsure why this is suddenly happening. I know the game couldn't have had a mini update, or i'd know. 2. I don't have ENB in the game.

ALSO A DETAIL TO BE NOTED! The screen is overly bright to where a lot of the things are almost hard to tell.
(I attempted to add ENB to fix the situation: didn't help) (I as well tried to change the textures: also didn't help) The game entirely was too TOO bright.

((AND NO! DONT SAY THAT I COULD HAVE MISSING TEXTURES! CAUSE I DONT! i can see the textures just slightly and its BOTHERING ME SO MUCH!))

It looks like (from what I can see on your login page) you have an interface mod installed?
Why don't you try getting default files from here -> Back-up Feral Heart Files Downloads (https://feral-heart.com/smf/index.php?topic=58064.0)
So try to get files from the link I gave you and let us know how it worked.
Also make sure to save presets that you don't wanna lose
If you're going to download the entire Feral Heart folder
(which is recommended)

1. I did try this with norm FH interface before I put my interface.
2. My computer is unable to use OpenGL. And my game only runs Direct3D9.

Ah I see. What computer do you use? And is this the first time happening or it happened before too?
You said you had to reinstall FH a bunch of times, but did it happen before?
And when did It start happening? After you got mods installed or before that?

Well I had mods installed but I made sure to trash EVERYTHING (except my presets)
This has never happened before. It only started happening 2 days ago.

That's so weird..
Well why don't you try getting the game that doesn't have ANY mods installed? I mean maybe one of the mods is buggin the game and that's the reason it looks like this

PROBLEM SOLVED!!!:
Don't MANUALLY change rendering system! double click game and let it add the option itself!
