1. Keeping those open
2. I'm using the same browser as i always use so why would there be sudden changes?
3. I did as your previous quote applied and still won't work.
List of things to check:
1. Wrong username or Password?
2. Do you have the most recent patch?
3. Check so there's no security software blocking the game.
4. Make sure that you've a solid internet connection.
5. Be sure you have the log-in page open and running in the background.
Apparently all my friends who are trying to connect to Cherika Valley are having the same issues...

Currently, only Cherika Valley and Eastern Pass are the maps that are down
