Can you please open the preset_3.material file in Notepad and show us the photo of what it says in there? Or copy the text and just paste it here
That way we could help you a little bit more, because we will have more information regarding your problem :)

Okay so
Rename preset_3body.jpg to how it says on the photo here:

Ok, so now you have to rename your photos to the same name it is in the preset_3.material

Try removing these GIMP files from the folder.
Just move them to your desktop (so you don't lose files in case you want to edit them)

What is showing when you go into the preset maker, Are both sides of the canine/feline white? or is one showing and not the other?

Okay. What side can you see in the preset maker? The left side or the right side?

Ignore that last one, Are you positive that the files are PNG? and if they are have you made sure the Alpha Channel (Transparency) has been removed. If you can also insert your whole text file (So open the material and press ctrl+a then cntrl+c and past it in between the coding that I will list bellow)
Remove the star between the Brackets and the word Code for it to work.

From what I can see you use Gimp, If you open the files in gimp and right click on the layers you used it should show you an option to 'Remove Alpha Channel." Click that and it should remove your transparency. After that make sure to re-save it as the current files to over ride them. Restart Feralheart and try again.

See the Layers tab up the top of the application, Click into that and click Merge all layers for me. Once you have figured that out let me know.

Sorry, It took me a while. Now, I am on Mac so it may look slightly different but it should be the same. I have taken some images to help.
First step is going to the Layers tab and left clicking on it to bring down the drop down menu:
Next click the Merge Down button until you see on the right in the 'Layers' box that you only have 1 layer left:
Once you only have one layer left, Move across to the Layers bar and right click on the 1 layer you are left with:
After you have done that click on Remove Alpha Channel:
After you have done all these steps, Save your image as a .png and replace the old file that is there. Restart Feralheart and try again.

Indeed, Use this texture and Colour in the black to what ever you want. Re-name it to preset_3mane.png once you have finished editing it!

And delete the Background layer

Yes, you have to create a ZIP folder and then put all files in it. Then you just upload it to mediafire
