Title: I'm 100% sure I created a terrain texture wrong

I'm trying to create a red pixel terrain texture, so that there's no lag in a redscreen map, but I know nothing about how to create terrain textures.

It's called RedPixel, but I don't see anything in the list named RedPixel.

Make sure your file is ".jpg" ^^
You also don't need a cfg file for it. Just have your texture saved in media>>terrains>>textures

The file is a Bitmap. Now I've turned it into a jpg, and now the case is solved! :)
