Is the server or my game have problems? i installed again the game and i have same items markings ect.

You're saying you have difficulty entering the Grounds and Seaside, yes? Perhaps your computer can't handle the amounts of lag found there. Try lowering your view distance or turning off water reflection, or even turning off nametags. You can do this by pressing "esc" then clicking "options"[/color[
