Title: Friend with error

So awhile back i sent an exported preset to one of my friends. She's complaining that she aint seeing the preset. I sent her two others that she can very well see. Im just not sure what is going on here... the code on my side is all good...

Making sure the .fhp file name is exactly like your user? Nothing lowercase that shouldn't be, etc?

Did she put the .fhp file of your preset to FeralHeart -> presets    folder?

  That means she already knows where to put everything...
The File Format is still FHP, the Naming is correct. I Re exported the file, even without the Shading. and still didn't work...
  we tried all the basic things... Is there a limit to how many exported presets you can send to a friend???

Shouldn't be, unless you tried making 13 presets. Which is impossible so that's not the case. She's tried restarting the game and everything?

Tried that just now... nothing... reboot game and system...
