Title: Where would I post an RP group made by me that is situated on Steam?

Where would I post this? Would it be the community activities hub or is there no place for it? :o

Is your roleplay related to Feral Heart (not just a roleplay seeking out people who play FH)?

If your roleplay is related to Feral Heart and you are wanting to advertise your roleplay, the Group Advertising Board (https://feral-heart.com/smf/index.php?board=118.0) is the right place for you. You're free to post links to other websites, so your thread would do just fine in this board, as long as it is somehow related to the game.

If your roleplay is not related to Feral Heart, whatsoever, the Off-Topic Roleplay board may be a better fit. However, the board is more geared toward roleplaying in those boards as opposed to advertisement.
