every time i try to play it says failed to connect server :O

On the main page of FeralHeart there is a tab named play game, open it up and type in your login information into it. You will need to keep it up to play FeralHeart but it shouldn't be a hassle.

As Dreamknght said above, make sure to keep FH open while playing. If you don't, it won't let you onto the server. ;D
