Hello. I have a problem with logging on to the game.. Every time when I try to log on, writes: ,,Failed to connect to front server". Btw I am logged on the browse.

As mentioned earlier in this thread, we have a new system in place to take care of the game and make it more secure. This requires users to open up a new tab on our site, login with their desired account and keep the browser open during the time they play the game. This tab is one of the new security measures, and as much as it might cause more hassle to play the game, we hope that all users understand the importance of having it there. Instructions on how to use it can be found below:
-Either use this link http://feral-heart.com/login/ or click "Play Game" in the right side of the site menu.
-Login to the account you wish to play on by providing the correct details.
-Give it a minute to connect and then launch your FH game client and login through there with the same account.
-Keep the tab and browser open during the whole time you play Feral-Heart.

- If you're using a laptop, try placing yourself closer to the modem, as this might give you a stronger signal.
- Do not run the browser in incognito/private browsing mode and make sure you have cookies enabled.
- Disable any proxy settings you might have enabled.
- Make sure there's no security software blocking the game.
Open up your Control Panel, located in the Start menu. Depending on which Operating system you use and which layout, it might look differently. But Windows firewall should be in the category "security," or just find the text, "Windows firewall" or "Allow a program through windows firewall". This should take you to the correct place.
Once there you'll get a new window with a list of programs. Try to locate FeralHeart.exe in there and add it to exceptions by marking the checkbox. If you can't find it, and the game to the list by yourself by pressing "add program."
- You can also try logging into the "Play Game" tab from a mobile device.

Does your web browser thing use a proxy? Don't use a proxy for the web page.
Moontwist probably know where the settings for that is, i forgot.

Have you tried using a different internet browser to log in the "Play Game" tab?
Opening the page in a different browser (such as Chrome and Firefox) can help the stability.

- Test to make sure that your IP matches up.
Go to https://feral-heart.com/myip/ (https://feral-heart.com/myip/) and that will show you the IP address that you're connecting to the panel with.
Then, download www.feral-heart.com/myip.zip (http://www.feral-heart.com/myip.zip) and run it. When it's complete, see what IP address it gives to you and check if it matches with the first IP address. They must match! If they don't, you're probably using a proxy and you have to disable it. Do not post that IP address anywhere!

I turned off the proxy but it still does not give anything ;-; Can anything else be done?
