so i think other players can't really see my messages in local chat, whisper, general, etc. and i'm not sure why this is happening so i need help

For starters, General chat has been disabled. And you can't use the other chats unless you are
invited to a group, party, or whisper. As for local - unless you are offline or in Lonely Cave, I'm not sure why others couldn't see your
messages. Are you seeing theirs or is the chat blank?

Yeah i'm not a new member. Also i didn't know general chat has been disabled; i can see everyone's messages but i'm pretty sure they can't see mine in local chat. I was in the grounds, also
