I can't find a download for Ice Concert map

I founded now, but i have water_wade.wav and i don't know in what file i want to put it

I downloaded this is https://www.mediafire.com/file/y0y5da1yhg98yea/IceConcert.zip  and i have water_wade.wav and i don't know what file is with wav

Oh! If your question is where to put it, put "water_wade.wav" in C:\FeralHeart\media\sounds
