Title: Can't see presets still?

To clarify, it seems that I can see a few of them and I've installed the tool that downloads presets on startup. This doesn't seem to be working unless 80% of FH animals are solid white. Do I need to move these installed presets to another place than where they go by default? Is it simply that these are private presets that people have not uploaded publicly? Any help would be much appreciated.

most users use marking packs such as legendary/mass markings. they appear white because you don't have it installed.
