Title: Marks/Items not showing

So I downloaded a couple mark and item packs, but no matter where I copy them to they don't show up as available in character creating. What am I doing wrong, what do I need to do?  :'(

There should be a cfg file in the downloads. Put the items.cfg in the items folder and the markings.cfg in the markings folder.
Locations:
For the items:
C:>FeralHeart>media>items
For the markings:
C:>FeralHeart>media>textures>markings

And just copy everything into the same folder for items, and for the same as markings but in the markings folder.
