(This is my first post and i'm not quite sure if i done it right or posted on the right place but anyway i need help.)
So every time i'm done creating a character i click 'done' and up comes a box that says 'creating' and no matter how long i wait nothing happens...even when just editing 1 thing on an already existing character it gets stuck on the same screen. Although sometimes when i very quickly change 1 thing and click done, if i'm lucky it works but its very annoying and rarely works. I have reinstalled the game many times and it has made no difference. It's starting to really bother me and is putting me off playing FH :( Can anyone please help?

Whenever this happens, are you still logged into the "play game" tab or does it kick you out?

Still logged into the play tab, my internet connection is also strong so i think it's the game itself.

This would be the internet connection, I believe. :) Happened to me before we changed internet providers, our net was always on and said it was working, but when making or changing a character it would glitch out like you are saying, and i would have to relog to get out of it. I realized the more people on the internet the more this would happen. Sadly, i just went with it as you said, because eventually it would work. My brother play's Xbox and its like with him on it the xbox took alot of the Router service especially when he had it directly connected. Perhaps try to reset your internet Router, or turn off the internet on any device's you are not using.

My internet has days like that but they don't normally last long.

Ohh i see, well we have multiple playstations and xbox in this house so as you said they take up all the internet...at least i know the problem now, thank you! :)

Well, it could also be that you have too many characters. Try deleting one or two that you don't use if the internet seems fineand with no issues.
