Title: Connection Issues - "Failed to connect to map server. Retry?"

I have been trying profusely to rejoin FH after I had gotten a Bad Token error. My internet connection is fine; and I've read several threads on how to fix this. No luck so far. If someone would be kind enough to help me with this, I would very much appreciate it. Also, it isn't just me; my friends also are getting the same error. We have waited a good chunk of time; to no effect. Someone please help us! ;W;

It's happening to everyone. The servers are down. The staff is working on it

Private map and the cape are still online.

Well, none of my characters are in Cape; nor in a private map. Therein lies the rub..

There is a way to fix this if your characters are stuck in one of the maps that are down.

Go to the FeralHeart homepage then on the right side of the page, click on 'User Panel'. Enter in your login information and then after that, click on the characters in question and select 'Reset Home' and 'Go Home'. You may not have to do Reset Home or may not want to depending on if you customized your character's home locations.

The user panel is a way to recover characters from the maps and reset where they spawn in at without having to be ingame.

Hi fox its me agentsanddogs I am having the issues on feral heart the sever is down for me too idk what to do

Only Lonely Cave, Cape of Distant Worlds, and custom maps are available at the moment.

I've heard that staff is working on The Grounds but you are able to visit Cape, Kiwimbi, Lonely Cave and a few more if I'm correct.
