Title: now how do i create a picture under my message

I see when ppl reply they have a picture that pops up how do I do that???

That would be your signature. In your sginature column you will want to put the URL of the image you want in the code
[img.]url goes here[url./]
without the period

can you show me by putting a period so it doesn't pop up the picture instead??

It will then look like
