I don't think so :c are they made by Sephalovable?

I looked far and wide.

Sadly, it seems like Sephalovable has deactivated their deviantART account AND the download was either taken down or has expired along with it. However, with the Legendary Items, they may be in there! It's a heap of different items from different creators.
