Title: how does one make presets

I am wanting to make a preset for my zombie wolf right? but what do I use , what kind of software does everyone use???? I want to make my zombie wolf have a gruesome look to it but only thing I have is crappy built in windows paint -.- so anyone know of some??? so I can make my zombie preset

Hi there! For my presets I use GIMP 2. It's free and a lot of FH users also use it for making presets.
Some also use Photoshop, which is not free and SAI.

its over 170 mb I'm putting it on my usb so I can dow- OML ITS STILL DOWNLOADING REEEEE )
