Title: Deleted characters? Please help. (Solved)

Last night, when the staff team released the beautiful maps (they're very lovely btw ♡), I was exploring on my main character. I was enjoying everything but it got late so I logged off for the night and left my character in the snowy map. I woke up today, logged onto Feral Heart, starting clicking through the character select screen, and realized she was missing. I panicked and went to the user panel though the FH site and her name is also missing from there. I never deleted her myself but woke up to her gone. I talked to other players and some of them had 3+ characters deleted out of nowhere. My main character is the owner of a group with 100+ people and the group still exists even though the character doesn't. If she was actually deleted wouldn't the group be disbanded? I can still click my character's name in the group she's in and read the bio 'n' such but it doesn't show my username where it should be. Is there a way to possibly get our characters back?

Apparently it happened to many more people (including me) who had their characters in those maps

Happened to me as well. FH crashed when I tried to enter the patch Kiwimbi Beach, and my character was deleted.

I guess I kinda lucked out- a friend of mine and I were exploring, but we went back to TG to see if the protest was still going on. I logged off there, and so did he.

I think it’s safe to say though: if one sets foot in that WIP patch, they will either have the character they used deleted immediately, or will be banned altogether.

As scary of a thought as it is, I think it can be expected.

My character was deleted as well. I spent the entire morning trying to log into the game. I was in the patch lonely cave map and I would lose connection within the first 2-5 seconds in the map. What exactly is going on?

I have no clue. But I know that no one is liking it at all. There are suspicions on the post that caused the patch to be sent out, however.

the patch maps were removed and if you had your character in those maps, it also most likely got deleted.

It happened after 2pm Swedish time. I managed to get my character out beforehand, for whatever reason everyone's characters have been deleted, preventing them to re-join the maps. This isn't supposed to happen, as your character should stay even if the map is gone. Something has happened.

I think the deletion is a side effect of removing a map from the server entirely, it's probably not like uninstalling a map, the patch maps aren't a part of the server anymore. It is likely the reason I found all my old characters gone when I returned to FH in 2017, in 2014 all my characters were most-likely in the public maps(Though I think I kept a few characters in private maps, but probably only on my first account named "FlyingTrees"). It's like an island drifted away and characters are stranded.

Lilith has gone missing as well. I can just remake her and bring a test character. Ya win some, ya lose some.

Had the same problem. I did everything in my power to try and find out why my main was gone, but soon enough after trying to get into the map patch again with one of my other characters (resulting in the game crashing), he too was deleted. I have a good feeling it had to do with the map. Sad to say I have to remake my main but if they're able to fix whatever happened then I'd be more than happy to get the two back.
