It seems you've somehow deleted the texture or something for the feline fur texture? correct me if I'm wrong.

i dont think i did.. but most of the time i can see the heads normally and sometimes they are all like this? am thinking its a funny
glitch or something

Does this happen to your canine models as well?
Does this also happen sometimes with the feline model? Or just occasionally?

Have you tried reinstalling mass markings? Or perhaps your whole textures folder? Buffy has a download here (https://feral-heart.com/smf/index.php?topic=58064.0) that is where all of the default textures are located. Try replacing it with that and see if it works. If it does, then put your mass markings in and try it again.

...oh sorry for putting this in the wrong place! :-[

and my canines are fine just the felines head and it  occasionally happens
just started doing a few days ago

Hello Daimondrose, what you've got there looks like it might be a missing texture file, or a rendering error. Since you've mentioned this happening sporadically as opposed to constantly, I'm thinking it might be the latter.

Can you please go to your "C:\FeralHeart\media\textures\masks" folder and check if you have the following file: fheadShade.jpg ?

If you do, then could try switching your rendering subsystem in your ogre.cfg file? If you've got it set to OpenGL, then try switching it to Direct3D9—and vice versa—to see if that fixes things.
