Title: Game crash

Hi, Ever since i got done making my Coffee preset my game started to crash on me when i try to go on my characters and I've found out that the preset sync is not working, could that perhaps be the problem?

Hello!

What exactly is happening, so we can try and help further. Also what seems to be happening with sync because I know Ratel mentioned a crash bug with a corrupted file that's been going around. You simply have to delete it. Though I am not sure otherwise without extra information.

not entirely sure how preset sync works

do you let it load up everything and it just... takes forever and doesnt actually work or?

Well after i got done making my preset i exported it and i couldn't find it cause of all the other presets so i took out the other preset exported it again so i can find it then i put the preset back in and I've done this before then when i tried to go into the game and play around on my character it just crashes I've tried on another character it worked but after a while it just didn't work on either of my characters, and then I've noticed the preset sync also crashes.

Perhaps try removing preset sync and see if that narrows the problem down to what exactly is going on. Also, maybe try resetting your characters home which can be done in the User Panel on the forum just in case. Perhaps users who use preset sync can help further with this since I do not. c:

EDIT: BadFileReminder should be what you are looking for that might be making it crash. Delete this file and the folder if you come across it.
