Title: Some of of my chars is having Fail to connect Server

I send my chars to lonely cave. all of them but some of my chars have Fail to connect Server. Honestly, I don't want to delete them and remake them. I don't know what to do.
Should I sent them back to lonely cave and wait for a while?

Hello, we had to restart the server as this was a wide-spread issue, it should be resolved now for you.
