well, this is strange. my connection is great i know it.
Im logged on through the security system and it just says "Failed to connect to front server"
This sucks indeed. :'(

List of things to check:
1. Wrong username or Password?
2. Do you have the most recent patch?
3. Check so there's no security software blocking the game.
4. Make sure that you've a solid internet connection.
5. Be sure you have the log-in page open and running in the background.

Got all those checked (I’m a veteran here and I know the ropes solidly) and yeah no entry; tried again a couple hours later. Same thing

Try some of these tips too, if you haven't already.
Have you tried switching browsers?
Try clearing cookies and cache if you use Chrome.
Run Feral Heart as Administrator as well.
Try using a different account
- Use a different Wi-Fi. Try connecting your computer to your phone's 'Personal Hotspot' if you can and see if that will let you log in to the game.
- Make sure that you have the most recent patch.
- Try turning off the firewall.
- Contact your ISP (internet service provider) if necessary and ask them to change your IP address (If possible)
- If you have a laptop, go to your local coffee shop and connect to the Wi-Fi there and try to log in.
- Create a new account.

You might be having the same issue as me. I've just been too lazy to try fix it lately haha. But you might wanna check if your ip's match from both login tab and the game itself.
